Children aged 2-17 years are eligible for bulk billing
through the Child Dental Benefits Schedule
To check eligibility for the $1000 dental voucher, please visit;

Once you have done this and their voucher is still valid, please contact the surgery to schedule an appointment.
You will need:
- A valid Medicare card (we will need these details when booking the appointment)
Treatment provided under the CDBS includes:
- Check-up, Clean and Fluoride Treatment
- x-rays (excluding OPG x-rays and C.T scans)
- Fissure Sealants
- Fillings
- Extractions (there may be an out of pocket fee)
- Root Canal Therapy (there will be an out of pocket fee)
Treatment provided is up to the value of $1000 within each 2 year period.
